Description:

TEKsystems, an Allegis Group company and global leader in recruitment and IT services, is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) or Operational Risk Management (ORM) systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements while maintaining rigorous change control standards. This role is pivotal in driving successful implementation and management of risk and compliance solutions, especially using the IBM Open Pages GRC platform.

This is a client-facing, full-time position requiring leadership, communication skills, business system design experience, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Technical Skills:

Business analysis, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), IBM Open Pages, GRC platforms, requirements documentation, defect triaging, user acceptance testing, stakeholder management

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience in ERM and/or ORM domains
• In-depth knowledge of IBM Open Pages or other GRC platforms
• Proven track record in documenting business requirements, system design, and UAT coordination
• Ability to advise on functional design changes and avoid redundancy or bespoke solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication, change control tracking, and defect investigation capabilities
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad or Pune in general shift timings
• Ready to join within 30 days
